This original study was created in 1992 for Long Beach Island oceanfront homeowners and buyers as a guide to evaluate the current market values of single-family oceanfront and bayfront properties on Long Beach Island. The data includes average sale prices on oceanfront and bayfront properties, LBI single home oceanfront and bayfront sales spreadsheet, average sales price chart, supply vs. demand curve, and data analysis.

The Oceanfront and Bayfront Newsletter contains statistics of all MLS Oceanfront Sales since 1992 including average sale prices on oceanfront and bayfront properties, LBI single home oceanfront and bayfront sales spreadsheet, Supply vs. Demand curve, and data analysis.
The LBI Oceanfront and Bayfront Newsletters are published every January and July. The data in the January (winter edition) publication is based on the entire previous years’ sales. The summer data is based on the first 6 months of sales of the year.
LBI Bayfront Real Estate Sales Analytical Data and Statistics
Over the years, I have noticed that sometimes the LBI oceanfront Buyer or Seller becomes the LBI bayfront Buyer or Seller. I felt it was necessary to also provide my LBI bayfront real estate clients the same dedicated service that I provide to my LBI oceanfront clients. In 2004, I published the Long Beach Island Bayfront Newsletter.
I created this new study for Long Beach Island bayfront homeowners and buyers as a guide to evaluate the current market values of single family bayfront properties on Long Beach Island.
